If this situation with Saban plays out, Narduzzi would be insane to take the UCONN job. Being a DC at Texas under Nick Saban for three to four years would set him up for a LOT better job than UCONN.

I don't know what the UConn job would pay, but if he as you said coached 3-4 years under Saban he could parlay that experience into a really nice job.
