Per the Texas Athletic Department:

Longhorn junior safety P.J. Locke III underwent successful surgery on Wednesday in Philadelphia to repair an athletic pubalgia (“sports hernia”) injury sustained this spring. Locke, who started nine games last season, is expected to undergo rehabilitation of the injury for four to six weeks before returning to off-season workouts this summer.
