OT Brandon Hodges Commits (#20)

[Aaron Carrara]

#20 comes in the form of East Mississippi Community College Offensive Tackle Brandon Hodges.

We should have a scouting report up on Hodges soon.

Wow! Has he even visited?

[HornEsch]

That is a big get, pun intended!!

You know it is really nice to have a staff that sees a problems and immediately takes steps to address it. I mean seriously we have had OL problems since before Colt left, and it has taken a whole new regime to start getting it fixed.

[primal defense]

The sooner we fix the OL and QB positions, the sooner we go back to being Texas. Hopefully, Hodges will be a big part of fixing the OL.

[HornEsch]

I find that the OL is the biggest need, followed closely by the QB position. If we can be strong both on running and protecting a young QB, the offense gets a lot better pretty fast.

Yes, I think he was here two weeks ago.

[GBT]

How many OL are we taking this year ????

Please refrain from using the word sooner in your posts. At least it was the lower case version!

I make the same mistake from time to time.

I firmly believe recruiting should be done inside out. Load up on the bigs. I like what we are doing.

[Worster1]

Sounds like a good git - it all starts with the OL and this kid can help Wickline get it fixed.

Hook 'Em!!

Great commit and the Horns have 6 mos to make this guy a monster.
