Oregon Reserve WR Suspended for Alamo Bowl

This comes from the newspaper "The Oregonian" They say sources have confirmed WR Pharaoh Brown is out for the bowl game due to his role in the now infamous "snowgate" snowball incident which has gone viral on Youtube.

Brown had 10 catches for less than 150 yards and two scores this season.

Not much of a loss. However this does allow us to discuss snowgate. How could anyone look at what these students did and not conclude that it was a form of assault?
