Finally Cale Grundy does something I like! Hated that guy vs Horns in the early 90s. Sabans old school mentality not liking the new school offenses, suck it bama.

I'm going to back Gundy on this. Saban is trying to manipulate the system to his advantage and deserves to be called out on it, IMO.

The last part about Saban having this in the back of his mind - I'm like - so what? Will this force Saban to apply himself when preparing for OU? Oh, what a tragedy that would be.

Not many things I like about OU but I love this. Stoops and Gundy not afraid to take a jab at the mighty SEC. Yet the article still has an SEC bias...weird

So Saban will have this on the back of his mind the next time he gets beat by a fast paced offense? Author sounds PRO SEC just a wee bit.

I would understand if OU lost to Bama but they .... won...

I'm no fan of Nick Saban and the piece did seem to have a pro-Saban/sec slant. But to imply that NS is anxious to face up-tempo offenses or that he's going to be laying in the weeds for ou and Gundy is absurd.

He'll do what he always does, out-recruit and out-work the other guy. And every now and then he'll lose a game.

Hopefully, we now have the NEXT Nick Saban.
