Despite the departure of Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray, indications are strong Kyle Field plans to remain in College Station.

I can't tell what would be worse for them. Him transferring or getting him to stay and immediately making him the starting QB. Either way a lot of damage is already done

Rumor that bumblin is blocking Murray from transferring to any SEC team or any school in Texas
So suck it Rice
D3 or JUCO, baseball only, plays this season and next, goes into the MLB draft.  Mark it down.

I just don't think he would sacrifice a year off of baseball when that's his ticket.

Until we see evidence that Stumblin has grown a pair, it really wouldn't surprise me if he comes back to practice in a day or two or three and starts their bowl game.

Just looked it up. Gundy blocked 40 schools when a former OSU QB elected to transfer. Shannon, formerly of Miami, blocked every ACC and SEC school for one of his players. He also blocked every school in the state of Florida, despite the kid wanting to play at USF in Tampa Bay because that is where his father was being treated for cancer.

That is too much. I can understand blocking a conference and any OOC rivals. But I don't agree with blocking a state.

As a coach, you're being a spiteful prick at that point.

And here I was thinking that Randy Shannon was one of the good guys.... that's terrible.  Coaches should not have that kind of power.

Finebaum : "forget whether Kyler Murray is gonna be at the bowl. The question Aggies are asking is will Kevin Sumlin be at the bowl game."
