I'll be popping in and out of this thread throughout the weekend.

Due to some flight cancellations, I'll get to watch tonight's game.  Tomorrow Game 1 is a bit dicey, but we'll see how it goes.

Purdue gets a 2-out double, but that's it.  No score heading into B1

Elder walks the leadoff hitter, but Purdue leaves him standing on 3B

Horns get a base runner with a walk to Reagan, he steals 2B and moves to 3B on a Todd ground out.  He's stranded there.

Purdue P is up to 50 pitches thru 2

Elder has 32 pitches.

With 2 outs, double steal and McCann guns down the runner at 3B to end the threat

Texas has really missed a lot of opportunities tonight at the plate.

Thought the inning ended on a foul pop fly caught by Reynolds, who then fired a throw to 2B to get the runner by tag.  Teams left the field, and Blue reviewed the play.  Call reversed. 

Teams back out and Elder walks Sage then gets a KS to end the frame.

Purdue goes to the pen for a lefty
