Copy and paste of that Higs story is complete crap. Come at me. Rip me apart. I don't truly care but that has been easily most look forward to piece he does. It's one of the true benefits to being at HD. If you want to read it and all the gold it provides you should head over and pay the 4.99 instead of waiting here for some son of a b to post. I don't care what is said after this but to be honest, Higs busted his tail this recruiting year and knocked it out of the park. The post nsd feature is just icing on the cake. It is his how he makes his living and some little weasley copies word for word and paste some of it.

Can somebody boot this kind of pissing contest stuff off the table before it fests. I have no clue what is going on as referenced material is missing. And now everyone is shouting, which is a reason I hate message boards anyway. And btw, thanks for a few weeks of redeeming dialog without pissing contests and sour messages.

Journalism and education classes permit talking about things with rules on referencing and quotes. I work for a writer that states how many words can be used before writing for permission, and always give a reference, and so on. I have no clue what was asserted as being unfairly done. I read the pages twice and still can't figure out the transgression.

Also -- whoever Higs is, for I have never really known -- he's been referred to constantly all the time anyway. As has every other writer or contributor on heaven knows whatever board.

I say close this thread as it's become subject to random wanderings. I like being on a board when it's fun, otherwise why be here.

Still don't know the transgression. Quotes are nearly always just that... italics often, and always with Quote Marks and references. What did I miss? Was it deleted?

Think I'll watch a movie.

One other thing... reason I don't subscribe to boards is because I really don't want to know everything. I like opinions, banter, speculation and good ole fashion wonder. I have no need of exactly what is going on. I tend to skip over anything that is overly substantive. Beer talk, fun, cut-up, and not taking things too seriously... that's my fair. Or is it fare? Whatever.

Look forward to good talk down the road heading toward Spring Practice. All's well that ends well. All is forgiven (whatever happened, still don't know).

Are you kidding? There are two "biggies" who are just waiting to commit to us in the 2017 class. They were supposed to do it NSD night at 8 p.m., as Malik said. Charlie talked them out of it, didn't want to steal thunder from the 2016 party.

Maybe they pull the trigger at the camp? Or before then?

He's listed at 6'2" and 185. I figure they pack 10 pounds on him before the season starts. He'll be fine.

I was kind of curious on NSD when his "announcement" went down like it did... he had tweeted out the orange question mark and said his mind was made up a few days before.

Don't know where I read it but heard that Texas coaches were caught off guard, they were told he was in.
