Thought Juan reported they were still setting up some kind of ceremony. Is the LOI in?
LHN stepped on his public ceremony by reporting the LOI was already in.

They should have waited, allowed him his local moment

My issues have zero to do with health... I just don't think he's good. There is nothing to support the contrary. Like is said, he's had FLASHES but he is not a top level qb by any means.
Understandable. His head injury now plays a part in his skill set. His decision making in particular. Outside of his injury, he was still too inconsistent for me. He had flashes where he showed he may be a great QB and others where he looked like nothing more than a backup. He's been here long enough. He didn't red shirt and injuries are apart of the game. You can't completely blame Major.

Signing Poona (if it happens) should push the class up to at least 13th nationally and best in the Big12. Not great, but given the circumstances I'll take it.

Completely agree.

LSU has had a huge day. They ended up with 5 Texas kids. The SEC completely destroyed every other conference.

Thats sort of a given - and has been for several years now.

What a great Day for Texas.....Strong had to work very hard to get by all the roadblocks that were put in front of Strong.

Wow Rashaan Evans just signed with Alabama, talk about a shocker. Been a lock to Auburn, Auburn even already had his bio up on their webpage.

That's to be expected on NSD but someone has to lose in the SEC. I am impressed by UCLA. That is what Texas needs to do. Recruit hard in state and get out of state in SEC country and get some top targets.

True but the gap is getting wider and it's very concerning.
I'm worried less about what the conference is doing and more about what the individual teams are doing. No more than two teams are coming out of the SEC into the playoff. Texas needs to get one of the other two spots. Let the SEC beat the hell out of each other in order to get their two teams into the playoff.

Rashaan Evans' surprise commitment to Alabama gives them six 5-star commitments.

It depends on what you want Ash for. As a game manager, he does a GREAT job. If you put him in a position where he has to put the team on his back and carry them to victory, he has a less than stellar record, but when asked to simply execute and not lose the game, I think he is nails. I love the thought of Ash as the back-up.
Oklahoma State 2 years back. . .

Oregon State Alamo Bowl. . .

Baylor 2012

Kid was a true soph. . .I'd say he did pretty well .. .

are we done except for Ford? of course, we will drop football because of SEC dominance on NSD.
