AUSTIN – Texas coach Tom Herman met with the media Friday morning following the team’s third spring practice.

Anthony Cook won’t get much of a vacation.
Sophomore cornerback Anthony Cook “twinged” his hamstring during Wednesday’s practice and will remain on campus to rehab it.

Herman did not describe the exact nature of Coburn’s ailment, only that it’s “kidney issues.”
De’Gabriel Floyd is out indefinitely.
Early enrollee linebacker De’Gabriel Floyd underwent an has not yet been medically cleared to practice. Herman said the former Westlake Village (Calif.)
