Damn I love Treebeards. Eat at the one in Market Square all of the time. Gumbo is pretty tasty too!

I rock that restaurant like it's 1999. Oly bad news is the gumbo ain't real gumbo. I am from South Louisiana and that stuff ain't gumbo. Good as hell but ain't gumbo.

Is it Cold enough, yet??

It's always cold enough for Red Beans & Rice. This restaurant, Treebeards, does a funny thing when it comes to their "trimmings." They offer green onions and grated cheddar cheese as toppings. Sounds funky but it is pretty damn tasty. I throw some Louisiana hot sauce on it and I am set. I'll snap a pic next time I eat there.
