They haven't been able to fully confirm that, but it speaks to his talent level and how highly the coaches think of him.

Another source said he's a Top 10 player on the team.

I'm sure he's deserving and the action will be good for him as a frosh. However, in the chess match with Alabama, I suspect we can expect a variety of personnel and game plan feints against Rice.

For sure, I would expect a fairy generic game plan with lots of players rotating. With the heat, no point in wearing anyone down, too much football ahead.
