JS on OC candidates, Red, and more

I'm not a big fan of Watson...Louisville did well enough on offense, but in part that was because of Teddy. Unless he plans to change up his style a bit, but I doubt it. Go out and get an above avg OC that's hungry to prove himself. I hope Watson can snag the Louisville job if that is what will keep him off campus.

Jesus just posted he is hearing the opposite of Watson

Strong said in his PC he expects to run up tempo and spread. That is not Watson

Tap the breaks on freaking over bobby burton

OB is saying they have confirmed that Strong had discussions with Watson today about the OC position. :(

Buddy Holly posted this on 247. Watch the :28 mark when Watson bumps McCoy with an elbow while talking sh$t. You can't see his face, but that is Watson.

Watson is trash. There's a photo out there of him in Colts face when colt threw his last pass and it looked like Nebraska was going to win. Huge no thanks on him being hired.

I not in favor of him, but guys siting instances where coaches did things to Longhorns when they were at other schools isn't a big deal in my mind. Coaches all are d**** to the opposing team trust me. It doesn't mean they have any ill will toward the University.

Greg Davis went 22-3 a lot. He consistently under performed in critical games.

A record by itself is not a valid way to judge performance. Context is everything.

I don't see Watson being effective recruiter in Texas. He would have to sit down with any top offensive recruit and they would have no idea who he is. After researching him further he will not compare well with the rest of the Big12 coaches or Sumlin. Recruits will make decisions on next year's offensive success and I don't expect next year will have that type of success comparatively.
