4 offensive..... 2 that can change game with speed.... 1 slot Receiver type to use on special teams and 1 wideout that can fly in addition to 2 big nasty offensive lineman....

(Backup QB supposedly ran a 4.3)..... Although I like Swoopes upside.

2 nasty LBs on Defense to make big plays on 3rd down.....

I say we need nine just on offense.

That makes 16 players to have a team that can finish near the top of the Big 12.

Have to agree with GBT this time. I think we are going after some good kids that can play. I would love to see us go after a few good JUCOs (if there are that many). We desperately need a couple of offensive tackles and at least one defensive tackle to compete next year. We also could use some DBs with speed.

A guy I would love to see us get is Demarkus Lodge at WR. I watched him play the other night, and he is a game changer. Cedar Hills' RB (Ware)  that is committed to USC would be a get as well. We really need more speed on offense.

And we definitely need some linebackers as well.

Actually we need more than that, though we may get it in the continued development of our current players.

#1 on D. . .we have to replace Malcom Brown & Steve Edmond. .. .MB is a force. . .SE is a JAG but better than the JAGs behind him (sorry. . .it's true)

We have to replace an outstanding pair of WRs in Harris and Ship. . . .. I can see MJ easily stepping into part of that. . .the rest?  Who knows.  Amazing to think 6 months ago. . .WR was a glut. . .now it's a MAJOR Question mark.

We need our QB (whether TS or Heard) to take the next step and become a leader .. . 

We need to replace Malcom Brown the RB but honestly, I'm the least worried about that.

We need to find 3 DBs. . .Hall's a keeper, Diggs is our best and moving on. . . .MT is gone. . .no clear replacement. . .Thomas needs to step up (he's our worst DB) or move on.

All 5 OLs need to continue to grow both individually and as a group.

That's some big holes.
