From Mudloggerone: ESPN is reporting that the Raiders have a strong interest in signing the FA RB. This would make a lot of sense to me. First you can't count on DMac to stay healthy but Benson has been able to pack the load by himself with few problems. The current backups in Oakland aren't ground and pound RB's but rather more open space runners. Right now the Raiders don't have an up the middle for one or two yard ball carrier. Benson would fit that bill perfectly. If Benson plays this year can the Outlaws think of any better fit for his talents? Not me, welcome to the left coast Cedric, if it happens...
