Have you ever seen a team with so many injuries? Almost looked like after every play, a Texas player was down.  Is this a player problem? A Conditioning problem? Or, is this more of the S&C Coach not preparing the players properly?

I just have not seen a team with so many injuries.

I don't think it's bad enough to where Texas will burn any shirts against Baylor but I'm with you Don.  It was pretty bad.

It is the 11th game of the season. It is a grind to go through that many games. If I remember correctly, most of those guys are freshman (with the exception of Jenkins, Ridgeway and I'm sure I'm missing another) that are not quite use to the grind of a college football season. I don't see this as an issue at all. Especially with Moorer being one of the better S&C coaches around. Injuries just happen. Plus, we need to keep in mind that our defense has been in the field ALOT this year.

I think it's partially a depth problem which resulted in playing many talented freshmen.

I'm all for Superconferences and independence from the NCAA. With the longer, more intense scheduling, schools in Superconferences should have increased scholarship limits, perhaps as many as 33 per year and a maximum of 100 scholarship players. I want to see good games, rather than a battle of the walking wounded. I also want to see strict concussion protocol enforced and harsh penalties for violations of Superconference rules.

Hook 'em!
