i agree with Tom-- anybody with the name of Poona is an instant take, if only for all name team purposes. the fact that he can flat out play is just the gravy.

IMO we seriously need to reel in some of these DTs for this class.
Remember we had none in the last class.
And, so far, we lost all of the verbals in this class.
In 2012, we took 3 but the depth chart is thin.
Since Malcom Brown played as a true freshman, he will be a junior.
Desmond Jackson is a senior.
Hassan Ridgeway was moved there. He joined redshirts Boyette and Norman, neither of whom have lit the world on fire.
If (1) we dont pull in any this year; and
(2) Brown has a big year and moves on the the NFL ....
Then our 2015 DT depth chart would only have only those latter 3 -- Ridgeway/Boyette/Norman + true freshmen/transfers.
Thus, as of this moment in time, it looks key that we land not just Poona but Chris Nelson as well.
At least two.
Michael Sawyers possible 3rd.
