What did Applewhite say? That is the second time I have seen a reference to his throwing MB under the bus.

A a Longhorn Luncheon Major was asked abotu his playcalling in the first half of the OSU game. He said somethign to the effect of "When your boss tells you to call a certain play, you listen to him."

I woildnt say its entitlement. I think its as simple as they dont trust mack to make a good decision on the defensive side of the game. They already been killed by this year and dont want to risk of being burned twice in two years. When assistants start to loose faith on the decisions of the HC, then you know theirs something going on behind closed doors that has yet to come out in the media.
Think about this for second. Who would of thought macks little boy, applewhite would throw mack under the bus? And it happened at a lunch bunch recently. Staff members are t happy with mack as the SID tries to make it.

I believe all coaches are trying to find a new home. But if we keep Mad Dog for S&C we will be OK??? Or do you guys think we should get rid of Mad Dog (what ever his name is)

Mad Dog needs to carry his bags out of Belmont along with Macks. If Mack was still a smart good coach, Mad Dog would have been out in 2010.

Hiring a guy to get your team in prime game condition who looks like Jackie Gleason is truly laughable. He should have been canned way before 2010.

I hope Saban or whoever will at least consider talking to Robinson about coming back. His spinning blitzes gives defenses fits. Against spread offenses he might be one of the best.

well since mad dog wasn't getting the job done, they did the logical thing. Relieve him of that duty and give him a promotion. He is a well paid 'Cheerleader'.
