Should be #WARTS because that's what they are to the state; an unsightly sore that needs to be surgically removed.
There are as many as 10 varieties of warts, the most common considered to be mostly harmless.

Unfortunately it's true as of today.
I'm sure they will start slapping that up on billboards all over Houston in no time. It will be hilarious to watch them try and defend it when they lose 5 or 6 games this season. They just can't shut up or get out of their own way.

What's true? That they've picked up some recruits? Bravo. You don't run the state until you win something. If they give out participation ribbons for recruiting, then yes they run the state.

2012 was the first time in the better part of a century they managed bowl game wing in consecutive years. The bowl win over Duke was the first time in the history of their school they won bowl games in three straight years.
Their school is so lacking in accomishments it is an embarrassment to the state of Texas. The only thing the run is their mouths.
