In all seriousness, what about the TCU or Arky games lead you to believe that after a year under Shawn Watson the UT offense progressed in any way, shape or form?I'm sorry, RD, I love ya. But that's just a joke of a statement. He's had one year with what was left to him. And somehow, you think you've made a point?
You hate Watson. We get it. No sense in letting your feelings say dumb things like this.
The bottom line is the skill players (not just the offensive line) regressed during the year. Not a single skill position player developed under Shawn Watson and not a single top level defensive coordinator had any problem shutting down Shawn Watson's offense late in the season.
Shawn Watson is inept. No elite offensive player should risk their career committing to play for Watson. I wish I had reason to say otherwise, but a QB who wants to work with Watson as a position coach stands a chance. Any other offensive recruit should commit to another program. Shawn Watson is a great mid-major coordinator. As a D1 OC, he is way in over his skill level.
