I don't like it at all. It's one thing to talk trash. It's another to take a steamer on a team that whipped you pretty handedly the season prior. I have no doubts that Texas will put Baylor back in it's place this season. But don't give them any extra incentive to show up for that game.

I mind him saying how he feels about Baylor a team he will play this year far less than I mind guys insisting that he "STFU..and play"...as if he has less right to express his feelings than anyone else. Does it give Baylor something to talk about, sure. Does it put pressure on his team to back him up come game time, sure. The question was if what he said was  good or bad, is trash talking ever really smart win or lose? Probably not..but players, fans, and even coaches/staff do it all the time; he and his teammates have to back it up.
