-I read elsewhere that Tech is soft, and I was puzzled. How can a DI college football team be soft? Just look at the number of D'Onta''s runs where Tech players stayed on the turf after the run. I don't know if they are soft, or they just wanted someone to scratch their tummy like my pup does.
-Collin Johnson is a stud. I apologize for stating the obvious, but he's a bona fide stud. He's going to leave a trail of broken records and broken hearts at UT. Can't wait until Kurt can get back on the field.
-I looked it up earlier, and senility has since set in, but Charlie's defense and the team held Tech to less than half of the production they had with OU. Yeah, Pat, we tried to contain you with a fella named Maliiiik! Are you still hearing footsteps?

-Charlie worked the officials in this game a lot more than he usually does. Good for him. He needs to do that.
-Duvernay, man, oh man, wheels and heart. What closing speed! It was like Porsche and a VW out there. I'll let you decide who was the Porsche. btw, why was the Baylor qb down (forward progress), and Foreman, who was basically hogtied, not? Would someone 'splain that to me? Do Big 12 Officials make this stuff up as they go?
Well, going to have to stop watching in a few. Gotta go to bed. I woke up about 3:30 this morning. Darn these time changes. This team has improved. Both units are much more cohesive, and I couldn't be happier. There are also fewer missed tackles, and busted assignments. I haven't counted the missed tackles, but if one of you want to, please feel free.
Oh, I can see why Mike Leach talked about the Tech players' fat little girlfriends. They must feed them something different out on the plains.
Have a great evening. I can only take so many ladybugs at one time, anyway.
Hook 'em!
