FYI: Strong apparently sold his house.

If this is actually true from the house being listed  and to his statement of the next coach, then it would indicate to me that he and Perrin have already come to an exit agreement. I do find it strange that he would feel the need to go ahead and put his home on the market before the season ends. With the real estate market in the Austin and surrounding area being at an all time high he could list it easily after the season and still know he is going to get top dollar. There should be no rush to sale the home!

My wife did some digging and while she couldn't find who the current owner is, it was bought in May of 2014. Strong was hired in Jan 2014 and his family stayed in KY I believe due to his kid's school.

I am pretty sure you can check with the tax office or the appraisal district and find the owner- should be able to find a chain of ownership.

I don't think it matters we all know that even with this great  win over Baylor CS is gone. I was glad that Texas won CS can set back and enjoy this  big win with the team. My friends y'all have a great day.

I recall him saying whether it's him or someone else coaching the team next year, it will be a 10 win team

Even if all this is true, how do we know Charlie and his wife didn't just want to move to some other house in/near Austin? Sorry, but I have a really hard time believing that this is indicative of anything major. Charlie is a lot of things, but he's not totally dumb. He would have to know that this would get out at some point, so doing this if he were already essentially fired would be really irresponsible.

Like someone else said, this has the feel of the whole "Saban shopping for houses" thing all over again.

Update: guys, calm down. This is probably listed in error. If you google "Charlie Strong house", literally the first result is a thread from TexAgs from September 2015 with a link to this exact listing (http://texags.com/forums/5/topics/2659872). The conclusion reached in the TexAgs thread was that the realtor never took it down after it was sold to Charlie.

If someone really wants to go the extra mile to confirm this, click the "Inquire" button, tell them you're a BMD, and just see what the hell happens.
