1 - Aledo 73, Burleson 6. Hall got em in the endzone at least. Tough kid.

Cant believe Hendrickson is crapping the bed against Westlake.

Crosby up 42-14 on PNG with about 11 to go.

Understand its going to be 6 - Elgin (11-0) vs Crosby at Sam Houston State next week.

If you are in to six man football, #9 Jonesboro (10-0) vs Calvert (8-1) could be an upset special. Calvert has a steady supply of athletes.
Just went final Calvert 46, #9 Jonesboro 38

This is crazy. Sachse was up 42-14 at half with the ball tied 56-56 with Mesquite. Whitehouse is in overtime with Arlington Seguin. Celina was in double-overtime against Gainesville.

Scott, this is excellent stuff.

Arlington Seguin QB Keiton Moore deserves a game ball in the loss. Threw for 277 and a TD, ran for 193 on 44 carries and 3 more TDs.

Brenham 35, Georgetown Eastview 30. For a team who didnt exist a couple years ago, the Patriots did well in the first post season appearance.

Love this one....

Fairfield 10 - 0 vs Diboll 1 - 9....maybe some teams shouldn't make the playoffs.

Team to watch out of East Texas is West Sabine in 1A...undefeated and the closest game was 28-10 over Alto.

East View had a running back go off multiple times this season. Garcia I think his name is. Too lazy to Google it. Had something like 400 rushing earlier this year in a big win.

Cornelio Garcia... 1595 yards and 22 TDs. He had 331 earlier this season. Sorry to misquote.

The state seems to be stunned at the following results: Smithson Valley losing to SA Johnson, Boswell beating Rider 42-7, Hendrickson losing to Westlake for the second straight year in the first round. Sachse almost blew a 42-14 lead. Anything else? Why does this Crosby/Elgin game have to be at Sam Houston State? I want to go.

Ingleside 55, Devine 18

Orange Grove 57, Pearsall 13

Rockport-Fulton 42, Hondo 13

Kenedy 60, Ben Bolt 12

AREA PLAYOFF PAIRING: Blum (11-0) vs. May (11-0), 7:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton

HS Playoffs: Bangs vs. Denver City -- Friday at Sweetwater, 7:30 p.m.

HS Playoffs: Hawley vs. Canadian - Friday at Plainview, 7:30 p.m

@TexasHSFootball Boswell 42-7 win over RIder has to be the big head scratcher of them all in 4A. #txhsfb
