Houston Heights will square off against Lamar on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 1 pm at Delmar Stadium. Texas commits Jalen Green will face Texas Targets Anthony Cook and D’shawn Jamison and Texas commit Alvonte Woodard.
There will be a ton of talent on the field in Delmar that day.
Jamison is set to announce his commitment on Oct. 14. He is expected to pick Texas. Reports suggest Texas also leads for Cook.
Defense, Anyone?
Texas Safety commit BJ Foster is making all kinds of noise this year on the offensive side of the ball. Whether its rushing or receiving or passing, he’s been an integral part of the Wildcat offense this year. The offense has put up the points this year, scoring 70 last week, 66, 63, 49 and 31 in games this year.
Nevertheless, the defense is making its own statement this year. And who hears that these days of high octane offenses?
To date, Angelton has only surrendered 14 points, and that came in two games. Roseberg Terry scored 7 last week while Westside scored a TD in week 3.
