ESPN will manipulate the College Footballl Playoffs

They mentioned Baylor and correctly stated that they got whipped soundly by OSU. Baylor hasn't beaten anyone good this year.
I think that the 4 best teams should go. Why would you want a team that you don't believe is better go ahead of a conference winner? You really think Baylor could beat 'Bama?

No way.
The problem with this is we are guess who can beat who. Most people didnt think a one demential Auburn could beat Bama.

SOS has to be the most important criteria bc a 12-0 with a SOS of 40 isnt better than a 11-1 team with a SOS of 10. The issue becomes where do we draw that line. Its better to have 4 instead of 2.

Also, like 2011, why does Lsu have to beat Bama twice? Sometimes timing of loss matters but when Sec loses timing doesnt matter? ESPN from day 1 brands in peoples head that SEC is better. No doubt they are good but combine most of the east and the patty cakes they schedule OOC, you better go undefeated(if you are in east) bc your SOS isnt going to be great.

Most of the past few years SEC west has been good but the issue remains the bias that ESPN creates.

Bottom line ... you have to win and play tougher schedule and it will not matter

The SEC has run into some very good luck over the years during their win streak, but at the same time you can't argue the fact that they have won the game.

2006 - Florida beats Ohio State. Not really any complaints there.

2007 - 2-loss LSU gets in because of WVU and Missouri losses on the last week of the season. A 2 loss champion? Really?

2008 - Florida beats OU. Should have been playing Texas. Both beat OU on neutral fields by 10

2009 - Texas loses McCoy on first drive of game. Still within a TD with true fr QB with 6 minutes left in 4th Q

2010 - Auburn bought a title with Newton

2011 - Alabama doesn't win conference, but gets in over 1 loss conference champ Okla State?

2012 - Alabama was the best team in the country

Of their 7 straight titles, 5 of them were questionable for one reason or another.
