Barton Simmons who has been somewhat critical of Buechele even said he has probably thrown the best set of the day.

He's at worst a top 15 player. . . .
And has clearly settled the #1 QB in Texas for 2016 debate.
I'm sure Hurts has some great upside but he is nowhere near the passer Buchele is today. And at the end of the day, a QB has to throw (even James Street) to truly be effective.

My prediction or guess is that the future at QB will be some combination of Heard and Buechele for the next four to five years.
