Both denying all the Saban talk... Both saying Mack may be back from what they are hearing.. Love the smoke screen info they are getting fed..

I understood from reading here and there El Mahico has pretty much been defrocked over this.....

El Mahico fell flat just the other day and has been posting just some ridiculous stuff lately. the one thread claiming Mack may be back but have no say in recruiting or practices was so stupid it got torn to shreds apparently and EM asked for it to be deleted.

I use to look forward to utx's post but, he sorta went off the deep end w/ his dislike of Mack.

Now nuufaola, also insider, is saying he's hearing stuff that makes him think Saban is coming, like the fact that his child and soon to be born first grandchild just moved to Austin, among other things.

People aren't looking at the bigger picture. Mack Brown coming back isn't about this season or next. It's about the future of Texas football past that. We need to gain recruiting momentum and get back on the national stage. LHN needs a boost, recruiting needs a boost (especially in the state of Texas), the AD needs a boost. Too many more important factors larger than Mack Brown. It's time for a radical change that will put Texas back on the map and it needs to happen now.

I respect what Mack has done, but his entourage is fading and his legacy is in jeopardy. He knows his time is up.

I think utx's main contact was MacWhorter, correct? So given that falling out between MacW and Mack, it's not surprising that utx seriously dislikes Mack now and no longer has info that's as close to the source as before.

One of utx's boys is former de coach hardee mccrary. He works in Belmont.

Mahico is buddies with akin.

I agree with you - one needs to look at the bigger picture as to why Mack should not / will not be back

its gotten to the point where Texas will be having a press conference to introduce a new coach in a week or two and some people on OB will still be so deep in their roles that they will still be posting Mack's gonna try to fight to be back and tap the breaks on Saban or (insert coach here)

both those guys are nice guys. EM and utx seem like good people but their sources are tied to Bellmont/current admin. Esp EM who used to work at UT and is friends with a current coach who likely will not be on the staff of the next coach
