We got a quick update from Daylon Mack after his in-home visit with Charlie Strong:

Mack on his visit: "It couldn't have gone any better."

On the potential impact of other recruits' announcements on his decision: "Not that big. We all have to do what's best for ourselves. I'd love to have a chance to play with them though!"

Mack said the coaches (Strong & Chris Rumph) were there for around 2.5 hours. When we asked Mack what he discussed with Texas, he told us he wasn't free to share the details.

Sounds like everything went glowingly. Silent commitment, possibly? Would explain why he wasn't free to divulge the discussion they had. Or I could be leaping.

right.  because that would take away from the excitement from his appearance on espn to announce.

but...Agie is coming today and we will see what he says after that visit?

Mack needs to remember one thing.

It's not who you play against, it's who you play for.

No brainer.

But that being said I'll wish the young man luck no matter where he ends up. #bEASTtexas

what did he have to say about the a&m visit?
Can't remember it was long ago, far far away, in a . . .
