Crossfire - 5/30

this dylan mack scenario, is making me want to vomit!  why on earth, should we even want to entertain a prospective recruit, that has not yet de-committed from atm, his very own heart is set to entertain alabama.  now his father wants him to go to texas.  this imo, is just a huge mess!  why doesn't this guy just go to school where his heart is set upon and just freaking be happy?  his father is not preparing to be playing upon the field...  he is.

i am getting sick and tired of these discombobulated recruits, always placing texas into their thrilling mixed bag of tricks.  of course it always has us to end up becoming a national laughingstock.  ROLL ON MACK till your heart is content.  just don't get into trouble in the land of dixie!

Patterson isn't going rogue.

Patterson just isn't doing what we were accustomed to seeing from Dodds. It's just different (and good), but not rogue.

Did Mack grow up a fan of the Longhorns?
doc, i for one, just do not know.  but doesn't this just add to this very strange scenario?  we don't even know if this guy likes texas or not... really perplexing.

If you take what FOB said for the truth then yes because now the kid wants to go to Bama. I thought he was still committed to atm, but was concerned about all of the arrests of his future teammates

This situation is nothing unusual.

The fact that Mack's daddy likes Texas is a good thing.  Winning over his momma will be even better yet.  Maybe they'll talk some sense into him.  Play closer to home.

If this young new QB prospect stokes the fires of our prospective play calling discontent, and drives the stake to the heart of the matter,  perhaps then we shall know that, “The 'new' blood is the life!â€

Eh! I don't know who it is ... just taking a shot!  ;)

Eh!  It was worth a shot!

talk some sense into him....?  jb, don't you think that this is crazy.  why should we waste time upon some recruit that does not want to play for texas?  if his heart is not set with us.... wouldn't this affect his overall play.  just like VY playing in tennessee, when everyone knew that he wanted to play for houston...
