BREAKING: The Cowboys & Redskins hv filed a complaint against the NFL and NFLPA to hv their salary-cap penalties overturned.

The only time they will agree on anything. Dallas thinks they have a good shot at overturning the salary cap hit because the NFL management council approved the contracts in 2010. The issue at -hand for the Cowboys is the Miles Austin contract. Dallas gave Austin a six-year $57 million deal including a $17 million base salary. I'm still not happy Dallas didn't try and keep Laurent Robinson around.

I read the post on Twitter this morning and put it up right away. Jerry has gotten advice from his attorneys that this is a slam dunk..or so I heard on the radio and they are never wrong, right?
