You have to start with 18 guys couldn't go through the scrimmage on Sunday. Including Miles Austin with another hammy, Morris Clairborne with a hammy, (5) Olinemen out with various injuries, Mike Jenkins out as usual, RB Tanner out with a mussle pull..Not good..
SMU's Cole Beasley left camp saying he no longer wanted to play football..He had a change of heart and is back. He had a real chance of making the team but acting like Lamar Odom is no way to make a roster.
Dez again is tearing up camp and in the scrimmage Sunday, no one could cover the guy. Romo has looked good and made one of his roll out and spin-a-rama moves to get a TD off to Witten who is connected to Tony's brain.
DeMarco Murry has also looked really good. He is consistently getting outside and I don't mean just on rookies. He did a juke on Sean Lee and was gone. The same Sean Lee who Rob Ryan said reminds him of Leroy Jordan.
Speaking of Rob Ryan he said Brandon Carr, the F/A from Kansas City was the best F/A in the off season.
Barry Church has looked so good in camp that the team cut Brodney Pool. Pool was one of Rob Ryan's guys and word is Ryan none too happy with the move. Barry is physical and reading the stat that the Cowboys were in game last year before a safety separated a WR from the ball with a hit. Amazing stat..
Felix Jones seems slow. Report after report say he has no burst and he failed his pre camp conditioning drill buy failing to run a 8 second 60 yard dash.
No one receiver has stepped up for the third receiver and if Austin has another year like last year the third receiver will have to be the second. Word is there are no Robinson's on the roster.
