Could MACK upstage the ESPN Awards Show Thursday?

I'm hearing Houston BMDs are pretty emphatic that Mack must go! Could a retirement announcement be forthcoming Thursday to trump the ESPN Award Show? It appears Powers could be out the door with him, should he not get on board. The whole Saban stuff is just too crazy. I've called a couple of my buds to see if they are hearing anything on their end. This looks like it's shaping up to be one crazy week! FWIW. I reposted to correct the headline. My apologies.

If we didn't have a player up for an award I could see this. But I just don't think Mack would do something like this when he has a guy in Fera who could possibly receive an award.

Of course, sometimes decisions are made for you and this could definitely be the case. I firmly believe that Mack announces his retirement by this weekend.
