It is going to be ND, I think. 

ND has the better winning resume. ATM has the win against Florida (yawn). Who else?  May be SEC, but not very good. 

ND has better wins:  Clemson, NC, and Miami, I believe.

I'm OK with the 4 teams that made it in. I don't like aggy but they did have a good year however like @javastated in a different thread, ND had the better resume. 

So with the ACC getting 2 teams in and the $ec only one, has the ACC passed the $ec in being the premier football conference in the US?
