Common Man Prediction Thread – UT vs Cowboy aggy

If you watch the OSU v. TCU game you can see that after the half sanders was using his entire body to throw the ball more than 15yards down field. He’s going to play, I’m sure after shooting his shoulder up to ease the pain. 25 mph winds, with gusts up to 30-35mph is only going to make it worse on him.

OSUs defense has been awful, with the only bright spot being the D-line. I don’t believe Texas has given up a sack in two games. If Texas can give ewers time, he will have a big game along with Bijan and JT Sanders.

Gundy comes in in the 4th and true to Texas’s past we make him look like a heisman trophy winner. It gets close but give me Texas…

34-24
30-35mph wind will be tough on any passing qb, Ewers included.

After being reminded that the Okie Lite stadium is an East/West set-up stadium. Thus the wind out of the south is a cross wind and not a going into or playing with it behind you. The passing game should be fine as both teams like to play zone on the back end.  Kicking game might be different..

Texas 38

Okie Lite  33

Can Sark finally get a ranked win???
You mean another ranked win ?

Sark is currently 1-4 at Texas against ranked teams.

He beat #23 ranked Louisiana last year in the season opener. Texas was ranked 21st at the time. He then lost 3 straight games to ranked teams later in the season. As everyone knows, he is 0-1 so far this year against ranked teams.

If you are looking for a bright side, all 4 losses have been to teams ranked higher than Texas at the time and all 4 losses were by 8 points or less. In other words, Texas could have won all 4 games ?

Final OSU 41 UT 34
Awe, that's cute.  7th post on the thread... 45-35.  Way to hold out and play the under.

As I said...

"There's a shootout comin', but there's no white horse and Hell isn't comin' with us.  Last week was a letdown game and I'm feeling a hangover of sorts. "
