With the Browns drafting Weeden in the 1st round, which I think was a great pickup, the Browns are in the market to shop McCoy around. Word is the Browns are talking to the Packers and Cowboys. The Packers are, in my opinion, the best option for him.

They scouted him prior to the draft back in 2010. Green Bay is a good place for him. He goes to Dallas and he might get caught up with the locals who want him to play as soon as Tony Romo messes up.

From a pure QB development standpoint, Green Bay and Philly are the best places for him.
