Regardless to what you are hearing about Applewhite being the first coach to defect, I'm hearing it is probably going to be Wyatt.

Shame. He's one that's shown results this year. Idea of where he's headed?
I wasn't that impressed. We can blame the QB position for the numbers on receptions and yards being down. But we still can't block the WR screen worth a gotdam. That's on Wyatt. Every other team in the league teaches their WRs to lock up on the DB and run 'em down the field. We can't even get in the way.

I've read other reports that he called most of the successful long pass plays this season and our offensive production increased when Major took his suggestions into consideration

The coaching staff is a cluster right now. I'll be surprised if anyone other than Robinson is left before the week is out.

If it wasn't for Major, Malcolm Brown wouldnt be here.

However, I have personally talked to Major and Wyatt at UT camps. I respect them both. And don't want to lose either. Both have their strengths.

Was hoping he would stay and help keep class together
not all that great a class to desire strongly to keep together, IMO. Rankings don't necessarily mean everything, but this is Mack's poorest rated class I can ever recall on a per-player average basis. We've taken a lot more "huh?" prospects than normal.

The more asst coaches that are leaving the more probable Mack is gone shortly as well. Ideally this is a good sign.

I hope they all go. Burn it down and start over. Someone's gotta be first, and someone's gonna be last.

usually true because a good coach will let his staff know if he is pulling the pin, the second people called are usually the agents for those coaches, then spouses and family..the only reason that I knew that Bryan Harsin was coming to UT was by accident...His mother was a patient of my brother in Boise, and saw his UT Diploma on the wall and started asking questions about Austin, she then let it slip that he was being offered the OC position for the Horns
