Harrell may decline prior to an actual offer being made but he ain't declining 2 million dollars if that's a real offer.  He ain't stupid.

If Harrell declines to remain with Helton who appears to definitely be on a 1 year deal, what does it say about the belief for Herman's future? Just does not make a lot of sense to me. Restore the Longhorn offense to a dominant level and he could write his ticket.

If USC were to match the UT offer, it would have to be a little more than what they're paying Helton when you figure in taxes and cost of living.

I have never said anything of the sort. Thought it was nuts when they gave Orlando 1.7 million.... think it’s crazy that they are paying Tom Herman 5 million without a national title.

I would take a pay cut to get out of California.  People in California are just weirdos.  Spray painting grass green, rolling blackouts, can never water your grass.  Plus the people kind of act like aliens.  Just flat out weird.
