How so?Babers is a big name right now. He would actually be a pretty good fit at Mizzou but I'd question what kind of growth he'd see in taking that position.
Because I don't realistically see him getting a school like Mizzou over the hump in the SEC. I see, despite his best efforts, a couple of mediocre years that taint his image. I think it would better suit him to go to a school like Miami, a school that is in a winnable conference with a strong recruiting pool. I'm not saying he should take the easy route. But he has a lot of momentum right now that could be drastically halted if he were to coach one of the inferior schools in the SEC.How so?
Taking a SEC job from a MAC school is the kinda leap every CFB coach tries to make. No-brainer for Babers if offered.
