Coach Vaughn uses his sketches on twitter in his recruiting.  Coach Bedford says of Vaughn,  "He's young and clever,  I'm old and decrepit."

I like this BRI.  On NSD, could take the sketch of each new recruit and put it on a board in the UT locker room called the "Potential Hall of Fame" board, with arrows indicating progress or lack thereof during each player's career as a Longhorn.  All players start on equal footing.  Merit based on Charlie's core values, work ethic, play making ability, etc.

Oh, well, maybe my thoughts are decrepit, too.  Ha!
