Oklahoma State, North Carolina, and Missouri. If you look at the schedule for Penn State, I see 4 non conference wins and the 2009 and 2010 recruiting classes were in the top 25 of recruiting classes so that's their juniors and seniors. Silas Reed leaving hurts but at least for this season, they will still be very good. I see Penn State putting the scandal behind them and focusing on the season. That's motivation for them to go out and play hard.
