WOW, what a question? I would "guess" Independence in football. Our BOR & BMD's do not like the SEC.

I have not heard that. I heard that we would prefer starting the CFA with ND than join the SEC/NCAA. That is why Bowsby open up the B12 Media day by talking about secceeding from the NCAA.

A lot better. Winning certainly helps.

Major has relented his stranglehold on the play calling and from what I hearing, Wyatt has done a wonderful job when called upon.

The defensive coaches don't have Diaz to be mad at any more and the chemistry between Akina & Robinson is good.

With all the talk about Pete Carroll I was just wondering how he seems to get a pass with all the Reggie Bush stuff on his watch? Why would we want that here, sure every coach may have skeletons but not all of them have had them drug out for the public to see. Urban isn't an option because of off the field issues but Carroll may be good to go?

Great to get a chance to talk to you some more pal. Appreciate you opening yourself up to this board.

I have three questions for you.

1. Urban had made it known to not make a final decision on Mack's replacement until they talk to him. I know he's from Ohio and so on and so forth but from my limited contact with the man, he's always seemed to have a special place in his heart for UT. Any chance he gets an interview and offer?

2. S & C needs a complete overhaul. Whether Saban is here or not what are our chances of getting Cochran to join us?

3. Finally, and this is the biggie, with Mack being all defiant, if he gets to the end of the year and says he's got a contract and he's staying, who gets to have the "Come To Jesus" conversation with him? Powers or the new AD?
