Bowl game with Legends on LHN

[GBT]

Those of you who watched the bowl game on LHN with Casey Studdard, Tony Brackens, etc....

Did you listen to their comments ? They kinda chewed up our defensive players techniques and play. Really made me worry about just what kind of coaching staff Charlie has assembled on defense. They talked like these players should be playing much smarter at this time of year, and they basically wondered if they are getting the proper coaching.

They also didn't like what they saw on offense, obviously.

You could tell Studdard was pissed at our performance.

I would like to see LHN do this for all our games.

Those who saw it...What did you think about it ?

I watched it. They were all pretty frustrated.

I also noticed that Ricky seemed to know from the beginning that we old lose. He guessed that Arky would wear us down and double up rushing. He also said that when he watched film of a few plays of Arky's defense, he knew we wouldn't win. We've not been able to play a decent game against a good defense all year. It was pretty easy to tell when you look back.

It is even more perplexing. Since Ricky knew we were in trouble, why didn't Watson do something to give us a slim chance by putting in some trick plays. Surely he knew we were in trouble.  trick plays wouldn't have won the game for us, but it sure wouldn't have hurt to throw some trick stuff at them. Swinging gate, Lonesome poll cat, Star burst, anything !!!!
