This just show how addicting football coaching is. Mack Brown, Les, Bob just can't stop even if they have health issues.

I think Stoops would be a better choice for the Cowboys. More experienced.

Ten years ago I would agree with you. Stoops was 50, experienced, and a great defensive coach. The NFL has changed it's a QB league now. Seven out of the eight coaches that were hired this year were offensive guys. If Riley had said he wanted to go to the NFL then he would have been the #1 candidate. If it was a choice between Riley and Stoops most NFL teams would want Riley.

The NFL wants QB coaches so bad that Kliff got an NFL job even though he failed at TT. The funny part is that the Cardinals would not allow Kliff to pick his defensive staff.
