Wow, just saw Okie lite go down on the Hail Mary with lateral. Also, WVU tied with Youngstown state. Conference looking like the SEC from last weekend. More parity in college football this season...except for possibly bama. Of course bama actually tied 3-3 through a quarter with their early season tomato can matchup.

This is absolutely amazing. I hope our Horns take care of business right out of the gate. Central Michigan beats Oklahoma State. Slim's blankety blank 'bird' is back. It's the second quarter and SMU is leading Baylor 6-3. That's right, SMU is leading the high-powered Bears. You can never find a tarp when you need one.

After last weeks' exciting games, these games are not for the feint of heart. I'm watching because I'm starved for college football.

Hook 'em!

I'm thinking Tulsa is going to give Ohio State fits today.

Kansas losing BADLY to Ohio.

I'm ready to play Baylor. They look like crap. I think our RBs will run wild.

I will give props to the Mullet in Stillwater. Gundy going 1982 retro for the entire season I guess!

Did the officials screw osu on that ending? If so, it's ok with me.
They screwed up the call. It never should have come down to that though. Curiously, on the play where Rudolph threw the ball away, there were zero receivers out in a pattern. Ten guys were blocking. I can see how grounding was called. With the amount of time left, I don't understand why OSU didn't just punt it out of bounds. That would have killed the clock. Crazy ending.

Yeah. Passing, near midfield, with the lead, and time pretty much gone.....................JUST PLAIN STUPID.  But I enjoyed it. :)

I think it benefits Texas much more when our conference teams win so Okie lite losing today is not good especially to Central Michigan. As the Playoff committee starts looking at teams to select they judge them by the teams they have played and beaten who were ranked or currently ranked in their top 10 list.

Isn't it odd how a week ago we were debating 6-8 wins and now we're dissecting the politics and analysis of the playoff committee? Winning has a funny way of doing that...
