Only two practices and neither in pads but Barry Church is one of the players who has stood out. He looks smooth and already has several pass defended.
Center is a mess..Bill Nagy has a high ankle sprain and is out for a while. He joins Killer Kowalski who is on the PUP.
First play of scrimmage Tuesday, D Ware blew by 21 year old Tyrone Smith for a sack. Reports said Smith didn't move DW was by him so fast..
Romo was 19-29 on Monday and 25-33 on Tuesday and has yet to throw a int..His backup Kyle Orton has also looked good as the offense seems better than the defense. It's early..but....
This from Blogging the Boys:
Dez Bryant: For months now, I have thought that 2012 would be Dez's so-called breakout year. With a year under the tutelage of receivers coach Jimmy Robinson, as well as a full offseason working with Mike Woicik, Dez looks not only ready to break out but to dominate. Whereas in the past, his route running left much to be desired, he is now running the entire tree, and as crisply as Miles Austin, who is a terrific route runner. In 2011 he suffered from poor conditioning; in 2012, he is leaner, quicker and has more endurance. I don't know what the fallout will be for his recent domestic altercation, but even if he is suspended for four games, I think we'll see the kind of dominant, 1,000+ yard season peppered with splash plays that we all envisioned when he was drafted in 2010.
Dez backed up tha praise Tuesday with a long TD reception on prize rookie Mo Clairborne.

The hiring of Bill Callahan has not put a guy in charge of all three phases of team and allows Garrett to spend more time on the small things..
The team is being really serious and sending a message to Rodney Pool, Felix Jones and Andre Holmes. They are not being allowed to retake the 60 yard test they all three failed in not being able to run in under 8 seconds. Head coach Jason Garrett was especially upset with Pool and Holmes because the ignored their training advice and concentrated on long distance running. Football is about short bursts and all out short distance sprints are what team emphasize. Garrett said you can be a world class marathoner and it won't get you in football shape.
Felix basically got somewhat of a pass since he was injured and missed a lot of conditioning. Both Pool and Holmes were both in the mix for a starting job and are now in jeopardy of being cut.
