That list is a mess. Athlon usually has some well thought out stuff but this is a mess. Compare what Patterson did in the Mountain West to what Strong did at Louisville in a BCS Conference. 

Briles should be in the late teens and that's coming from a guy that really likes Briles. He finally got some juice this year but seriously, that high?
