I do not not. Now I know why Burton calls it 24/7![]()
That's why I DOUBT he was "fired" or let go. Not retained was the term used. Now, if he "shows up" back on Saban's doorstep, then I think he was offered the job and took it.Why in the world would they spend time firing Suddes today. They need to to everything possible to keep this recruiting class together and they are short handed as it stands. Suddes is one of the few constants. Get your staff put together, recruit like hell and then after signing date figure out how you want to structure the department.
We keep hearing how much there is for Strong to do and how little time he has. ANY time spent on firing Suddes today was too much.
As someone else said, spend less time firing and more time hiring.
Lol...Easy there Bevo... she would be great...Condi Rice? Great, maybe we can invade OK, I hear they have WMD's.

Appreciate all you do MP!
"Was Jimbo Fisher ever really considered for the job?He was not one of the candidates that Korn/Ferry vetted."
I don't believe that at all. This was from Burton.
"I'm told by someone in the room that the Korn-Ferry guy reportedly said he would "stake his career" on Fisher being a bad hire for Texas. Whatever. I disagree wholeheartedly. Just stupid.
You would be wrong. My source is working with Korn-Ferry on a project right now. Not ONE Jimmy Sexton client was on Korn-Ferry list.
I had heard that the HC at Texas is a young man's job. This candidates appear to verify that.Strong, Franklin, Mora Jr and Briles.
