Why in the world would they spend time firing Suddes today. They need to to everything possible to keep this recruiting class together and they are short handed as it stands. Suddes is one of the few constants. Get your staff put together, recruit like hell and then after signing date figure out how you want to structure the department.

We keep hearing how much there is for Strong to do and how little time he has. ANY time spent on firing Suddes today was too much.

As someone else said, spend less time firing and more time hiring.

That's why I DOUBT he was "fired" or let go. Not retained was the term used. Now, if he "shows up" back on Saban's doorstep, then I think he was offered the job and took it.

You would be wrong. My source is working with Korn-Ferry on a project right now. Not ONE Jimmy Sexton client was on Korn-Ferry list.
