Another Aggy arrested

Sumlin better start sending a message because it's just become ridiculous now.
Sumlin is in Seattle this weekend. He was playing in the Jacob Green Charity Golf Tournament yesterday.

Also, Earl Thomas was there, plus several aggy, Slocum for one, and others.

guy's, listen to yourselves... obviously, no one really cares.  aTm, has had their share lately, of a constant stream of negative episodes.  and yet, they are the top collegiate force upon our great state of TEXAS in recruitment.  therefore, apparently something is going right for them in college station.  upon the eyes of some of this state's best recruits.. aTm, has all of the momentum... in spite of the mug shots.

Hopefully, for the kid's sake he didn't steal a bunch of stuff. Texas has fairly strict theft laws. If he stole $500 worth of apparel that is punishable up to one year in jail.

It is interesting how A&M handles these situations since their honor code reads, "An Aggie does not lie, cheat or steal or tolerate those who do."

Disagree. .. it will eventually hit the fan... I'm a parent and a Texas apologist but if this crap was happening at UT my son would not be going there. Eventually the house of cards will fall down....

6-6 and 7-5 record makes these things look a lot worse. Some fans are willing to put up with this type stuff to a certain degree if they are winning. It is impacting recruiting to a degree. Daylon Mack and his parents straight up told Taylor Hamm that they were tired of the arrests. These arrests will have an impact on players like Malik Jefferson.

I really hope aggie doesn't care.

Keep doing what you're doing in evaluating your recruits.  Check out their ballyhooed 2013 class.  How many of these boys have been arrested?  How many are no longer with the team?

Don't kid yourself - this lack of discipline shows up on the field.  I mean, their defense was ranked 109th in the NCAA last year.  It's a hot mess.

I'd be surprised if high-profile defensive recruits like Jefferson & Mack don't reconsider UT if aggie lays another egg this season.  The arrests can't help sway their parents' opinions.
